PRODUCT NOTE
The Cantina dei Vini Tipici dell’Aretino is historically renowned for its importance in wine-growing, with references emerging in the texts of the Bishop of Arezzo where he spoke of “canonical churches with large lands of planted vines”. The ancient wine-making traditions have been enriched and enhanced over the years - this wine being a great example. With brilliant clarity, of pale straw yellow COLOUR with greenish reflections, its bouquet if fresh, delicately fruity and fine with a pleasant expression. On the tongue it is dry yet pleasantly tart and tangy, with finesse and balance, and with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif but will also go well with starters, stews, fresh cheeses or fish dishes.
