Your website was clear and straightforward. I thought the wine I ordered was at a good price. My order was confirmed as I expected.

 

Delivery was quick and straightforward too.

 

My only other comment would that the e-mail you sent me about tracking the order didn’t seem to work when I copied the consignment number and my postcode into APC’s website.

 

But, knowing that APC were doing the delivery, I spotted their van when it entered my cul-de-sac.
